Foot Reflexology
Focused pressure on the feet, a long-standing tradition, for tired feet and deep relaxation.

About Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a foot massage that uses thumb and finger pressure on set points across the sole, the heel and the toes. It has a long history in many cultures, and many people simply find it deeply relaxing.
You stay fully clothed apart from shoes and socks, which makes it an easy choice for a lunch break or for guests who prefer not to undress.
What happens in the session
- Shoes off. You sit or lie back with your feet raised.
- Warm start. The feet are warmed and cleaned with a light touch.
- Pressure points. Steady, focused pressure along the sole, heel and toes.
- Slow finish. Light strokes and a moment before you stand.
Who enjoys it
- People on their feet all day.
- Travelers and walkers.
- Guests who like deep relaxation without lying face down.
Current prices: 30 minutes $39, 60 minutes $69. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities when you book.
Questions
Do I need to undress for reflexology?
No. You only remove your shoes and socks.
Is reflexology ticklish?
The pressure is firm, not light, so most guests do not find it ticklish. Say so if a spot is too sensitive.
